Urban Landscape Partnership are appointed for the NMA application, tender and construction drawing packages for this scheme, consisting of 554 residential units across seven proposed buildings. The proposals aim to deliver a new public realm, a riverside walk along River Cray, play spaces, podium gardens for residents, improved permeability and spaces to gather and socialise.

This PBSA scheme delivers a new self-storage facility, light Industrial workspace and incubator units. The development proposes 615 student bedrooms with 35% on-site affordable student bedrooms, green external spaces for the students to enjoy at upper levels, a re-designed streetscape that is welcoming and deals with rainwater, and plenty of opportunities for green roofs and ecological features.

Urban Landscape Partnership were appointed for the Concept Design and Detailed Planning Application for Brentford Football Clubs training ground in Hounslow. Proposals include over 150 proposed trees, SUDS features, wildflower lawns, hedgerows, and shade tolerant planting, to compliment the proposed academy building, grounds maintenance building and permanent indoor football pitch. An artificial pitch and additional playing pitches were also proposed alongside car parking, access roads and paths.

Urban Landscape Partnership were appointed for the Concept Design and Detailed Planning Application for a residential development located in close proximity to Osterley Station, along the A4 Great West Road. The proposals aim to deliver a residential scheme which addresses the level changes to the north, the railway line to the east, a school building to the south and the Conservative Club site to the west. Factors such as play, biodiversity net gain, noise, views and water attenuation were carefully designed and detailed to create a unique external environment.

Urban Landscape Partnership were appointed for the Concept Design and Detailed Planning Application for a residential tower development for a site within a minutes walk from West Silvertown DLR station. The proposals create a seamless public realm with neighbouring proposals and an accessible roof garden with views towards the River Thames.

Urban Landscape Partnership were appointed for the Outline Planning Application for Podium Gardens for a residential development in Hackney Wick. The site in a dense urban environment. It is part of a wider strategy of developments and connectivity opportunities. The heart of the scheme includes formal lawns with raised planters and a tree lined path for improved permeability at ground level.

Urban Landscape Partnership were appointed for the Concept Design and Detailed Planning Application for a residential development with commercial at ground floor, for a site in Hornsey. The site is situated between existing listed buildings to the south and a number of proposed developments to the north and east. The design of the courtyard was key in providing appropriate amenity and play space for the development.

Urban Landscape Partnership were appointed for the Concept package and Detailed Planning Application for this site in Southwark. A residential twelve storey building with commercial at ground floor is being proposed on the site. Proposals include the retention of a mature London plane tree, planters to mark the arrival and new public realm to improve the routes around the building.

The site, located within five minutes walk of Purley Station, will deliver residential units. Landscape proposals aim to deliver a welcoming public realm and a tree lined street, with communal gardens based on the principles of the neighbouring Webb Estate. The complex topography of the site informed the design of terraces and landscaped mounds, with defensible spaces and an enhanced ecological corridor to the rear of the site. The proposals aim to deliver an improved public realm and streetscape, alongside a high-quality, soft landscape led residential communal garden.

Working as sub consultants to GSA, we were appointed for the Concept, Detailed Planning Application, Tender and Construction packages for a brownfield site in Croydon. An eighteen storey residential tower is now built on the site, which sits within the Croydon Opportunity Area. Appointed as sub consultants, we worked on the Planning discharge, Tender and Construction documentation for the public realm. The scheme comprises of 44 studio units, 120 one bedroom units and 38 two bedroom units. Discussions and presentations to Stevenage Borough Council helped develop the scheme to tie in with other regeneration proposals in the Town Centre. Appointed as sub consultants, we worked on the landscape for Detailed Planning Application. The scheme include 102 Residential dwellings (54 no. houses including a mix of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom family homes, and 48 no. 1 and 2 bedroom apartments). Due to the close proximity of the River Thames, SUDs was a key element of the design, with swales and permeable paving. The landscape included a new play space, a clear street hierarchy and landscape palettes.

Appointed as sub consultants, we worked on the landscape Detailed Application drawings for a College Site in Dartford. The site is situated in Greenbelt and is being developed to fund the College. As well as new homes, three buildings. dating back to the 19th Century are being retained and developed into residential dwellings. The landscape proposals are influenced by the era of the buildings and create formal and semi formal spaces for residents and visitors.
